Summary

As a leading provider of advanced uniform and mat service programs and solutions, Plymate is seeking an experienced regional/territory sales professional in the North East Central Indiana market. The sales executive is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new business. Top performers will work mostly independently (remote work opportunities are within your home territory/home office and 1 day/week in the office) targeting and developing new customers for Plymate’s products and services in manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, healthcare and commercial service industries. The sales executive role requires 5-7 years of proven territory sales experience and success in new business development in a B2B or contract-based sales environment. The sales executive focus will be on prospecting qualifying, developing, and influencing key decision makers utilizing introductory calls, emails, virtual or direct meetings, and strategic social networking (LinkedIn) to make introductions, develop relationships, and work to secure new customers through contractual agreements. The most critical component of success in this role is NEW sales revenue growth in a regional territory.

Primary Responsibilities

This is a NEW business development role. Top performance requires a results-oriented, self-directed, competitive sales professional with a persistent, active, targeted approach to selling, and a strong foundation of sales focused customer engagement activity to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business.

The territory sales role requires strong focus on the following:

· 75%- New Business Development-New Customer Development- prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with NEW customers to grow and saturate the territory.

· 25%- Service Support and Administration- Working with service to develop leads, track results, reporting, territory strategy, planning, proposals, and sales administration activities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
